CROSSNET Four Square Volleyball Net and Game Set with Carrying Backpack & Ball

The package arrived quickly with no issues or problems. It will be a Christmas gift so we have not opened it yet nor tried to put it together.

Delivered within days and was perfect for my grad party!

Awesome game! So easy to set up and tons of fun. Always draws a huge crowd and hours of gameplay everytime we set it up.

Kids had a lot of fun playing this! It's pretty easy to put up once you figure out all the pieces. The second time we use it it will go up much faster. I didn't give it five stars because the stakes it comes with are cheap and bend easy so we will have to use different stakes next time. Also the ball it comes with is cheap vinyl and those hand pumps never work so I bought a real volley ball to use with it. Other than those two things it's a neat concept for an outdoor game. It comes with a nice backpack that everything fits into, including the ball, which is great. My kids loved four square when they were younger so they did really enjoy this. Would buy again. It's also cheaper on Walmart than buying from the company.

Net was great, ball would not inflate for use. Seams were loose. Contacted customer service and still haven't heard back. Been 2 weeks.

Although my family enjoyed the game, our experience was marred by a damaged CROSSNET upon delivery. While setting it up during our vacation, we discovered a hole in the net. Despite emailing customer service with a photo, I received no response. After multiple attempts and a phone call, I was informed I had surpassed the 30-day return window. I highlighted that I followed their email instructions within the window, but was asked to cover the return costs for a replacement. While the game is entertaining, the disappointing customer service is a concern. If you're interested in four square volleyball, I suggest considering alternative manufacturers.

I bought Crossnet a week ago directly from them and it was such a poor experience. When I recieved the product there were missing parts, setup was difficult, and the clips for the poles were shoved way into the poles. The quality of the product was lousey too. I had to retrieve the clips with plyers. It was a disaster from start to finish. Then when I reached out to Crossnet they either were delayed in their initial response and then didn't respond for over a week later. The return process is horrible and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I would not recommend buying this. You will be more frustrated with it then its worth.
