Water filters are crumbling….
The two water filters that come with the unit are crumbling in many places. Which defeats the purpose of the filters. I am now wondering if the filters are not truly Berkey brand? Very expensive $500 filter system to be crumbling 150 days after purchasing?!? Would truly appreciate consumer assistance from LPC Survival. I have followed all correct directions and am completely dissatisfied with my Berkey Filter.
