Save your money
Stay away from this mat! I was so excited to receive but I am extremely disappointed in the quality. I have had for 2 weeks and the mat is disintegrating. There are little black balls everywhere. Save your money. This mat will not even last a month.

I needed this mat for dance aerobics and weight training. After a week, the mat had started to look worn and little balls of black foam were everywhere. Don't waste your money.
