Crunch: Super SlimDown Complete Pilates (Full Frame)

I have been searching for Ellen Barretts Crunch Super Slimdown Pilates Yoga blend for several months now, I finally saw it was back in stock on Walmart.com so I went for it, I have priced this video on ebay and it sometimes selld for as high as $75 so $25 was still highre then I wanted to pay buy was cheaper by comparison. I also ordered the Burn and Firm Pilates and Fat Burning Pilates seperately, (they were out of Pick your spot) GREAT SURPRISE- To my surprise when the item comae, this is actually a complete package with all 4 of Ellens Crunch Pilates videos, so it was a great buy for just under $26. I returned the extra Dvds that I had ordered since they were included in the set. I really love the simplicity of these videos, I have seen others review that they are too hard for beginners, but I disagree. I have lots of spinal damage (5 hernias) and a pinched nerve (sciatica) I ganined 25 lbs over the last 6 years and its causing lots of pain. I ordered the easiest Shaun T videos from the Beach Body site (dance something) it was supposed to be great for beginners or those with health issues, I actually hurt my back worse. These videos are great for my needs.
