Just to note, purchasing this from Walmart was not an issue, that went smooth. This is just a review of the device. I think I finally got this to work but figuring out the steering wheel control was not easy. I contacted technical support but got limited response, better in the beginning but when it came down to the technical questions, such as what I should be expecting the signals to do, there was limited communication. I ended up needing to test several setups until one of them worked. I am an electrical engineer and use to this type of stuff, but based on the documentation, and help, it still took a while to figure out. I indicated that I would not recommend this to a friend however, I was connecting this to a radio that was not specified if their radio list, so, if you are this might work fine for you.
