Nothing stays cold longer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This size is perfect for putting between under my belt when I have to be mobile but need ice on my back. Great size for a knee too. Unless you leave it in the sun, it truly stays cold for 6+ hours. Nurses love these for post surgical icing.

Poor design and cheap construction.
The 'pouch' is about 6" by 9", and the cold-pack is about 7" by 12". You can actually force the cold pack into the pouch with bulges and a top that 'sort of' closes, but I would no trust this at all, as the instructions state that the cold pack 'bubbles' are easily damaged. It also cannot be used as a Hot Pack.
