Bought to help with hot flashes (or “power surges”) while standing and singing with a local chorus. I applied it to my back, over my pants and under my “uniform” polo shirt. It made a BIG difference for me, no sweat running down my face or neckline. It stayed cold with 12 hours in the freezer through 2 hours of prep time and our 2-hour concert and was still cold when I took it off.

It really helps with the swelling in my legs and arms and back.

This is the second one we have purchased. First lasted a very long time and is still useable. I have back issues and use this every morning, my husband uses it too. I highly recommend this for any one needing a reusable ice pack.

Lasts hours and hours. Molds to what you need. Comes with cloth cover so you're ready to go. I own 5 of these so I always have a full day and night worth. Yep, I use them that much, and am in that much pain.

I like that it's flexible and will kinda mold to the area needing iced. The strap to hold in place is great. Works excellent for back and knees

The cryomax works for a longer time than other cold packs, but I have not found it to work for 8 hours. The fabric cover and strap are nice a nice feature to have, but it is a bit snug and the seam comes apart. It could be a bit larger.

The ice pack stays cold. The cover isn't too thick so you actually feel the benefits unlike some neoprene ice packs that completely take away the cold sensation. 4 stars because over time, the strap stretches out and the Velcro becomes less adhesive. I had to sew on new Velcro. That's expected but an consideration you should know about. There is Velcro to keep the insert in place in the pouch and Velcro to secure the wrap. Both needed to be replaced after approximately 1 year

Do not buy this. It does NOT stay cold. It never really feels cold at all. Not efficient to use on elbow… will not stay secure. Positive reviews can't be real!
