This small one fits leg or arm, but the medium is great for the back and herniated discs. One improvement the company can make is on the plastic casing, which leaks after many uses. I have many of both small and medium sizes, switched off from the freezer for optimal cold use. Whole household uses them!

This ice pack is very compact yet still flexible to be applied to various parts of one's body. It freezes well and seems to hold its cold longer than frozen water or even similar ice-packs. Make sure to use its fabric holder to ensure it works properly, and to adequately freeze it before applying it to the body.

This item helped me very much. I liked it so much I also bought the other size to help me with other issues I had. Both sizes I would recommend to others.

So happy I bought this. I use it to treat my bursitis elbow and it stays in place so well with the sheath and the strap. It's also stays very cold for hours! So much better than regular ice packs.
