Drink a lot of water
Taste horrible I dumped 4 teaspoons of liquid crystal lite lemonade in it and one nectar .com it fizzes up 4 inches be careful It rehydrate You and gives you energy it's the best I have had but I don't like drinking a lot of fake sugar iam waiting on my big case of wallmart water I add fresh lemon or lime it's quench your thirst. After all that fake stuff you can drink a whole bottle down without even letting your breath out or trying to breathe that's how thirsty you are and we're supposed to have eight of those a day and if you have carbonated fluids you're supposed to have one bottle of water after that as well. The same as with a cold or pop always have a water after because that doesn't count as fluid in your body. It can clog your liver and you'll put a massive amount of weight. I was 80 pounds and went up to 200 from surgery osnes and not working. I had a construction job and I cleaned homes and I did water spraying. I decks ponds it has 400 lbs of water pressure you need a rig to pull it maybe a hd 350 ?

tlThis is my new favorite drink mix, i cant aford most flavors things for water but this not only taste great is so affordable. i love how i can control the strength instead of individual packets!

This crystal light liquid is a very easy way to drink a lot of water. It is extremely easy to use and a little bit goes a long way.

I meant to buy strawberry pineapple crystal light drink. Not strawberry lemonade. I'm gonna have to take this back to the store. It's not the store's fault that I ordered the wrong thing but I gave it a one star because now I have to take this item back to the store and the strawberry pineapple has to be delivered and that's gonna take four days so that's why I gave it a one star
