I love everything about this saddle unit. First one I have tried but like more than the portable stand up that I replaced with this window unit. Quiet with easy operation.
Works well for us. We can look out the window without the unit obstructing our view. We didn't have to build a big support for it to rest on in the window. It was just what we were looking for. Purchased two units for approximately 1000 square feet area and are able to open 3 bedrooms before bed and cool them down enough to sleep well at night. Pleased with our purchase.

it was heavy to install and need to level on outside too. had to have someone put it in but I love that there is no noise and works great.

It was packaged very well. Instructions were good
the air conditioner is quiet and looks good on the window, but instead of a 12000 btu that I ordered, they sent me an 8000btu. I realized it is an 8000 after the installation, I feel they should deliver the 12000btu and switch it with the wrong one, but I was told they don't do that.
