Positives: I like that is pretty much an on/off switch with speed up and down.
I also like the number of swappable heads though i mostly use the ball head universally, simple pull one off, stick a different one on, no screws, bolts, latches, levers or buttons to detach and attach. 4/5*.
Positive but mild complaint.
Came with a Travel case, looks nice, but isn't very rigid or durable, wouldn't recommend for air travel. Car travel sure but I wouldn't recommend anything heavy on top of it, nor anything wet around it.
The sides of the actual massager look like water or sweat could easily get inside, through the plastic outer shell. I also would keep it away from animals or dust, as vents for cooling and gaps around the massage head could allow for dust and hair to get inside or snagged.
The massager is a tad bit bulky and weighty, i don't mind the weight, but the dimensions are kind of large, like a hairdryer that or I want to say it's like if you took 2 cans of the 8oz red bulls, stuck them on top each other, then ran those through a 24oz can of red bull through the top portion, given that makes it easier to hold onto and force down on stubborn muscle cramps and the like. I do wish the handle was adjustable to reach from over the shoulder and down the back (due to my large size it is a struggle to reach for the center of my back below the shoulder blades. but that's me. and it is what it is.
I cannot vouch for its durability in heavy use, being dropped, stepped on or sat on. The plastic feel's pretty light around the head attaching point, so would not force it or bend it. There is a lil booklet that comes with it, simple use instructions, sadly doesn't tell you what each head is for, so you might want to save a picture of this product's picture of what head is for which muscle group. booklet warns of course bout water and shock, and overheating if forced or the vent is covered, which is also tiny and located just rearward of where the heads attach.
Negatives:
I dislike that it's got those fake decal sticks making it look all sci-fi and highly computerized, or a toy for kids: they come off sort of misleading? like this thing is loaded down with all kinds of crazy options, but it's not, the computer 180 display things are decal stickers, and they might also make it look intimidating to elderly folks who are not fans of high technology. It's actually not high tech, it's a simple power button, a plus you can push or hold that goes from 0-99, and a minus to back down. I am a bit bummed out you can't start off at 99 or save what your last speed was at. The back display shows speed from 0-99 on left, and power remaining on the right, displayed in 10%s not 1%s, so it'll say 99 at max charge, which doesn't display until you remove it from the Type C USB charging cable, then only tick down by 10s not 1s, so 99, then 90, 80, 70, so on and so forth.
Summary, it's Ok for the price, has multiple attachments and a carrying case.
