i love it. Keeps people out of your gas tank area and also when it is locked the cap just spins it dont come out and it actually fit my gas tank im so glad i made the purchase

Works just fine. Could not get it to work at first. So, I sat and thought about it a while. When the top spins freely on the 'stem' then it is locked [basic instructions would help]

Decent. Locks and did not trip check engine light.
This cap works well. It locks securely and didn't trip engine light. For that I would highly recommend it. The two things I didn't like was %231. I wasn't able to connect the cable that attaches cap to the car. Not a big deal. I just turn cap over and set it on the trunk lid while I refuel. %232. I don't like that you have to relock the cap after you put it back on. I wish it automatically locked. Again, Not a big deal. The main this is it fit my 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis perfectly and the seal was good enough so the Check engine light didn't come on.
