Cubii JR2, Seated Under Desk Elliptical Trainer, 8 Adjustable Magnetic Resistance Levels

This is my second purchase of a Cubii. The first one I gave to my daughter who spends most of her work day at a desk. I am elderly with mobility issues and it provides much needed exercise for my legs. So easy to use and it definitely helps strength my legs.

The Cubii JR2 purchased through the Walmart vendor Vitcom2015 was just as advertised. Brand new and well packaged. My elderly mom loves it.

I am loving this. I select 10 songs on a playlist, put on my earphones, then go to town. I've only had it for a couple of months, but it is working well. I did have trouble assembling it, because each pedal had a screw that I could not screw in. It was not long enough and would not reach. So I just did without it. It still works just as well.

It's very easy to use. I'm sure I'm will use it quite often . I'm very satisfied with it.

The Cubii JR2 arrived with pedals that did not fit the machine. It took about a week while working with Cubii to resolve the issue. They sent new pedals that fit properly so everything is OK now. I don't know if the mismatch occurred when Cubii shipped the machine to Vitcom or if Vitcom packed it incorrectly.

My husband ordered this cubii mainly for me to exercise because of an ankle injury. I haven't been able to walk for exercise as I used to. The product arrived today with two left foot pedals. Didn't even realize we would have to attach the foot pedals ourselves. They do include screws and a screwdriver. However, our right foot pedal, even though the sticker on it said right foot pedal, was a left foot pedal. There is no way to attach it. Was looking forward to using my cubii. Very disappointed. Terrible customer service. Have tried them by phone to know avail. They tell you they have no available representatives and to try your call later and they hang up. They don't even put you on hold. So, I sent them an email a couple hours ago. They have not got back yet. Will try to update this review if they make things right. Also, the screen to set your calories etc, is a nightmare. I would have given one star but in all fairness had I had the right foot pedals it may work fine. Also, it did arrive a day early.

I was very dissatisfied with customer service when I got my Cubii not all the screws were in the box. I contacted the company twice never heard from them again and never got my screws so I am unable to use it.

Item was delivered damaged and 'we tried for over a month to get it replaced. After not getting no response we asked for a refund and are still waiting. I am a long time customer and very disappointed with your service with this order.
