I love this watch!! As someone who works night shifts, I use it to track my sleep, stress levels, activity, and even my period cycle. I love this! I was looking for a round smartwatch that didn't break the bank and a friend recommended this brand. Amazing value for money. I love all the sport modes it has which makes it suer versatile, and the battery lasts for over a week! I honestly always forget to charge my devices so this was a game changer for me. I got this on Christmas and Im writing the review today after 1 month of trying it. Its perfect for what I was asking! Battery lasts so many days, measures my sleep, my steps, my ovulation, calories, and my favorite part is that I can receive calls

I've had this for a week, and overall disappointed with the product. Biggest issue was one day it didn't register that I was alive (no heartbeat, etc. ) for about 10 hours so now all my stats and averages are messed up. Aside from that, the sleep tracking isn't good. It doesn't register naps at all and if you wake up to go pee, check on a child, etc, and go back to sleep, it won't register that you went back to sleep. I also find the screen entirely too large. I ended up spending the money on a Garmin after a week and giving this to my mom since I couldn't return it. Wish I'd just bought a more premium tracker to begin with.
