I bought this as a gift for my 10 yr old niece. I already have this iron and she came over to make pizzelles over the holidays. She wanted one and I told her for her birthday, I would get her one along with the anise oil to make her own pizzelles. Can't wait to give it to her.

I have been looking for a new iron that was easy to use and easy to clean up. I was looking for one with the removable plates but this one did not have them so I was skeptical that it wasn't going to be messy. According to the instructions you are supposed to spray the plates. I didnt and I'm very glad I didn't! All I did was wash them off with water for the first time I used this, then proceeded to put my batter in. Make sure you center your batter for an even cookie. Lock it down to make them thin and crisp and no more than a minute and 20 seconds is the sweet spot for a perfectly light brown cookie. I kept checking at a minute, but each one came out perfect and all I did was slide a butter knife under the cookie to lift it and it came out perfectly, no pan spray and all I needed to do to clean it was use a dry paper towel and it was perfectly clean! I would definitely buy this again !

This works great. My only issue is the length of the cord is short making it hard to cook with my outlets in my kitchen. It is slightly shorter than my mixer cord. Once I plug it in it works perfectly making delicious pizzelles.

It was what I expected and more. Fast delivery. I needed it to finish making cookies for my daughter's wedding.

I haven't used it yet. Too busy over the holidays. However, I expect it will be fine. I noticed it did have some negative reviews and hopefully I won't experience any issues. I will post more reviews later.

Arrived with a dent in the top plate cover, and the green ready to use light does not work. Never used it waiting on the shipper to refund or replace. Then maybe I'll review again. Now I have two different extracts and the flour to make pizzelles, but I boxed it back up to return. Really cheap construction, except for the non-stick plates.

The product I received does not match what I ordered or even the picture on the box. Seems that others had this issue. Wish I had read other reviews first. Very sad about this experience
