I WISH ALL OF MY PANS HAD THESE SIDE HANDLES SINCE CAST IRON IS SO HEAVY, SOMETIMES IT'S HARD TO HOLD THE PAN AND IT'S CONTENTS WITH ONE LONG HANDLE... AS WITH ALL CAST IRON, I CANNOT WAIT TO GET THIS ONE SEASONED UP SO WE'RE USING IT OFTEN!

I love that I can use it those three ways.I also love that it has to handles to it makes carrying it super easy.

Everything cooks evenly everytime. As with all cast iron there are care instructions so make sure to take care of your cast iron and it will last for years! I'm looking forward to many years of cooking with this pan.

I made my favorite breakfast potatoes in this cast iron griddle pan and they came out great. It was so easy to clean up after using it, and any residue just scraped right off with my plastic spatula. There is a little bit of weight to this item, so be sure you are prepared to lift it and transfer it to where you need it, especially if it is full of your delicious meal. I cannot wait to discover more recipes to make using this item!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The griddle pan states it comes pre-seasoned, but then recommends to season again at first use since the preseasoning is only for shipping of the pan. It does great on the BBQ grill. We tried a pizza for the first time in it. Quick cook and it was evenly browned. Tried to use it on my glass top stove, unfortunately the pan is not completely flat and it had a hard time heating through. So probably better suited for a coil element or gas top.

I love how it comes pre-seasoned, I followed the steps on how to season it in the oven and it worked nicely, will keep seasoning it! I like how versatile this is, you can cook it in the stove top, oven and even grill! So many options! The heat was distributed nicely, it cooked the food evenly. Can't wait to keep using my cast iron pan!!

This is a very rough bottomed pan. Don't expect to cook anything it, by way of stove top, without turning your food in to a mash. Makes cleaning difficult.
