Then I used them and it really made a difference, not so much in the food or flavor, but functionally. They're much longer than what you're used to and that comes in really handy when you're dealing with such high temps.

The length of these are perfect too for making sure you don't catch your hands or arms on any flames! The wooden handle makes it comfortable to grip without qorry about burning your hand on the handle!

All pieces are high quality and good construction. I also appreciate the long handles to keep you hands away from the heat and the loops that make it easy to hang on the wok station.

They made cooking safe and allowed me to turn the meat and veggies quickly. The wok spatula conformed perfectly to the sides of the wok. The skimmer was perfect for stir-frying veggies and the ladle is perfect for my meals with a sauce base or soups. I am so thrilled with these. If you want to preserve the handles, even though they are sealed i still like to oil mine to be sure no moisture can penetrate the grains. You Just oil them and keep them under your wok cover.

It’s the best for that kind of cooking and it’s so nice to be able to do it outside! Unfortunately is was not easy to put together but it was worth it!
