Each square can also be round by pulling out the square piece . They can all be round, square or a mixture! It's heavy! So everything stays in place and eggs do not leak outside of mold. Clean up has been great!

The round sections are perfect for the sunny side up and over easy eggs. The square sections I use for small omelets and egg-in-holes. I am looking forward to experimenting with other recipes. This is a really good find if you have to feed a large family in a short amount of time. You can use it as either rings or squares. I like that the shapes come out as intended. It is pretty simple to clean. You can put it in your dishwasher. I really like that this is made of silicone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems a little unnecessary but this is a nice idea to make order on top of a cast iron griddle rather than letting all your eggs pool together, you can have a bunch of different things going on at the same time. Saves time and limits pots/pans/mess that can rack up when you're trying to get breakfast out for a family. Was a little weary of using silicone on such high griddle heat but it's been okay so far.
