Stainless steal throughout, heavy bottom so heat is distributed evenly. The handles are long, don't get hot and are bolted on so I highly doubt they'll come loose or fall off. Easy to clean. I got this on sale and so I feel like I hit the lotto on this! Plus all the nonstick, non-scratch pots and pans I've purchased have all scratched or peeled. I'm not fond of infesting those materials! I Highly recommend these.

Cuisinart has always meant quality and excellence in their products. Each piece of cookware is heavy and balanced but the weight isn't a negative factor. It ensures that the heat is evenly distributed and it will not burn the food. The baking sheet is a thing of beauty on its own !! It is large and weighted to allow for even cooking and enough space for lots of baking goodies. The glass lids for the pots lets you see how your food is cooking without interrupting the process. This was a home run buy for me and I'm very pleased and proud to be able to cook with them !!

If properly used and cleaned, this set will last a lifetime. The set includes pieces that can be used if cooking for two or twelve. Definitely a quality product and a very nice baking sheet as a bonus! Even heat distribution and glass lids so you can keep an eye on your culinary masterpiece. Great set!

This Cuisinart advantage pro set of pots and pans is beautiful. Very sturdy. Cooks evenly with no sticking. Pans do not slide on my glass cook top like my old ones did. Extra heavy duty baking sheet baked beautifully as well. Highly recommend.

Really like how heavy and sturdy the pots are. Like how foods not sticking to the bottom. Really a nice looking set and seems like a great value for the price

This is a gift for my daughter! She has not opened yet! I am very familiar with Cuisanart brands! I have this same set and it is absolutely the best! I've replaced it with “higher end” cookware, but ended up going back. I won't purchase anything else!

loved them but did not like the handles. this was a gift and they didnt like the handles either. i have had two sets of Qusinart and i have enjoyed them. my children kept walking off with them to their vast void called an apartment.

These are definitely not non stick but the tiniest pan they get water stains too fast and hard to clean
