Cuisinart Bourbon Molasses Seasoning: Savory and Sweet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this seasoning just over a week ago for something different. I am so glad I did! It is the perfect blend of sweet and savory with a little bit of spice. I haven't had as much of a chance to try it out but when it comes to using it with my jerky(or just putting a dab on your finger) it's amazing. My family loves it as well, my son has ideas on what he wants to use it for on days he wants to cook.

Very unique flavor, I can't even compare it to anything else. You can taste the bourbon and something else. I tried it on chicken thighs, it came out great. I cook my thighs at about 380 degrees and if the spice has to much sugar in it, the skin will burn black. But these came out a dark caramel brown and very tasty crisp skin.

This is now my favorite spice. I actually have used it on all my meats (except hamburgers). My family has a lot of better than average cooks and I bought everyone a bottle of this to fantastic reviews. Great on chicken and ribs. Even did a roast in the crockpot. All turned out amazingly a step up in flavor. A touch in gravies or sauces steps up your game!!!

Everyone I have cooked for in last 2 years using this loved my chicken and ribs. I've used others but they miss the mark, either not sweet enough, or too salty.

This is the best rub that we have ever used. Good on everything! A little on the expensive side but we'll worth it.

It has a nice smoky sweet flavor. It isn't too salty- you can sprinkle it on some fries and have a great snack.

it smells awful. tastes amazing!! the sweet and the salty together is really good for several recipes

I really hated the artificial undertaste to everything. I know they put propylene glycol in everything these days but it was really strong.

delivery was horrible, it was not left any more near my front door, instead left at another apt. your driver lies.
