This Cuisinart cast-iron skillet heats evenly, feels sturdy, and cooks everything from eggs to steaks really well. The seasoning improved after a few uses, and now food releases easily. It's a bit heavy, but it's built to last. Overall, a reliable, no-fuss pan that gets the job done.

This enameled cast iron pan is just the right combination for grilling - I was cautious about using cast iron for fear that it would scratch my cooktop, yet wanted something nonstick to grill fish and burgers. It has worked well in that I can use a high temperature which I don't do with usual “nonstick” pans. Burgers sear well, cleanup now is pretty quick, and the enameled outside is pretty.

The advantage of cast iron with beautiful easy to clean surface. Even heating and even browning are characteristics valued bu commetcial chefs and home cooks as well. I learned decades ago the importance of good pans to produce meals Julia Child would be proud of!

After only a couple of weeks, I'm enjoying this piece. It arrived in perfect condition and works as expected. Haven't cooked with cast iron in a number of years, and this is making it easy. The enamel coating is well done!

I am a long time cast iron user and I can say that this is one of the best I have ever owned. If you love cast iron you will love this skillet and it is not that expensive either!

This is the perfect size cast iron skillet for making dinner for two or a side dish. It performs really well when the skillet is properly oiled before cooking. It cleans up easily when hot water is added after cooking and the skillet is allowed to sit for five minutes.

I love this skillet! I haven't had anything stick, from eggs to cheese. And cleanup is a snap. Just wipe out with a wet paper towel.

Food sticks. Fried eggs in generous amount of butter and they stuck. purchased it to use as an egg pan. so disappointed.

Not non-stick. First thing I cooked was chicken breast, stuck all over the pan and I had to scrub with the scrubby side of the sponge to clean. Second thing I cooked was eggs, attempted sunny side up. Impossible with this pan.
