Cuisinart Chef's Classic Bakeware 6 Cup Jumbo Muffin Pan

I had to purchase a large muffin pan to replace my old one, and you can always depend of Cuisinart to provide a quality kitchen item. The light weight pan produces perfectly baked muffins with easy clean-up. I have high expectations the pan will last for years to come.

I used this to make individual size egg/bacon/vegetable frittatas. It works perfectly. I don't have to wrestle with the pan to get the frittata out of each muffin section.

I purchased four of these pans; they are not the same shade in color. I use cupcake liners (the good kind), yet the pans seemed to stain quickly under the heat. The pans are also light in weight; they are thin in construction. I'm not impressed with Cuisinart's baking pans. However, they were only about twelve dollars each.
