Wonderful pan!
Great Product! I've always loved my cuisinart pans and this one matches perfectly and works just as well. I've used it with both my 2qt and 3qt pans. It worked great for milk (for hot chocolate) and for making homemade dark chocolate bars.

Double boiler
Product is as described. Looks like it is good quality. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I own a set of Cuisinart and am very satisfied with them.

What I was looking for!
This double boiler is what I've been looking for. I like that it is universal and can be put in the dishwasher. I've always loved Cuisinart products and I know I will have this for a long time.

20 cm Double boiler
I thought this was going to be too big to handle, but by the time I got all my nthings melted i was glad for the size. Fits well over several of my pots!

Love this
Love this double boiler for making steel cut oats without having to watch and stir. Now happy because melting chocolate in the microwave does not seem like the best way to do that. And who does not admire a piece of Cuisinart?

Great choice for a double boiler
This double boiler fit perfectly on top of my Cuisinart Chef's Classic 4 qt saucepan #7194-20. I used my double boiler for the first time this week and it work fantastic! I melted chocolate in it and it tempered the chocolate nicely for some peppermint bark I was making. I'm excited to use the double boiler more in the future.

Great addition to my kitchen!
Fits snugly into 4 qt pot. Heats evenly and cleans up easily (soaking as needed). Very happy with it.

A Must Have
I bought this Double Boiler to add to my Chef's Collection set and I am so glad I did. With the graduated sides it can fit multiple pots for various recipe sizes. A snug fitting lid completes the set nicely. I would highly recommend this!

So easy to clean.
This Double Boiler made Choc. covered Strawberries and Choc. covered Pineapple a snap to make. What did I ever do without it? It was "SO" much easier to make with the proper tools.

Matches my set
I like my other Cuisinart pans and this matches them. For the price I had thought it would come with 2 parts though, it's only the double boiler and you have to have another pan to pair it with. I have not used it yet but I am sure it will be as good as my other pans
