While watching a Netflix special called "The Devil We Know", I realize how I have been poisoning my family for so many years. The show describes how dangerous it is to use non-stick pans that use Teflon. Do yourself a favor and purchase stainless steel and stop poisoning your family!
I hadn't cooked using stainless steel before and recently switched to stainless steel from nonstick cookware Because I consider it a healthier alternative due to potential cancer concerns associated with nonstick cookware. I purchased one pan to see if I liked it. Cooking on medium heat using olive oil things don't stick and it's effortlessly easy to clean with a scrubby sponge afterwards. I ended up buying the entire set of pots and pans and I highly recommend the Cuisinart cookware.
I'm in love with this product. I use it every single day, it's perfect for every meal.
This is the second skillet I bought. The first lasted about 8 years - the non-stick finish was getting tired. One one the best features of this skillet is that you can put in the oven so that you can finish roasting what you browned on the stove.
This is a terrific skillet. Have used it several times, and have found that nothing sticks to the surface, everything cooks evenly, and it's a breeze to clean. My wife said that this is the best skillet she has ever used. We both highly recommend it.
Solid pan with the helper handle. Heats evenly. Pan is fairly heavy.
I got this pan for an anniversary gift. I like this a lot. It cleans easy. Only problem was trying to get sticker off of bottom of pan.
Beautiful, yet practical. Stating away from non-stick chemicals; with stainless steel all the way. Easy cleaning, just do not overheat. Using it on gas counter-top burners.
I purchased this skillet a month ago. It is so versatile, it can go from the stove to the oven. I plan to purchase an entire set of Cuisinart cookware.
Very good to excellent skillet. We have used it now more than a dozen times, using silicone coated or silicone utensils, a little oil, less than normal, and washed it each time by hand, rinsing well and drying by hand. We think with these precautions we will enjoy the skillet and its non-stick interior for years to come.
