Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Lasagna Pan with Stainless Roasting Rack

My main reason for buying this pan was for roasting meats and poultry in my new European Convection oven. I have several friends who have convection ovens, but say the never use the convection setting. I was determined to learn how to use it, and have been very happy with the results of both convection bake and convection roast settings. This pan is perfect for a large roast, ham, or whole chickens. It is big enough for two roasting chickens. The handles are a great feature. Cleans up great with Bar Keepers Friend. Regarding lasagna - this is the first deep lasagna pan I have owned. It really does hold a whole box of noodles and all the other ingredients without spilling over, and bakes the entire lasagna very evenly. I know I'll be making lasagna more often now. One caution - I have seen reviews on other websites about the handle rivets corroding, so I will not prepare lasagna a day ahead in this pan, even thought it is guaranteed, due to the high acid content of tomato sauce.

This is a good sized lasagne pan It's deep enough. you're not gonna have anything burning in this pan Cleans quick and shiny as ever.

I bought this pan to make a family recipe of lasagna. It was easy to clean afterward and looked great on the table.

I bought this to roast my turkey. If the turkey was delicious. I was also able to put the roaster on the stove top to make the gravy. Easy clean up as well.

Great for the purpose I bought it, lasagne, so much better than the shallow glass pan I've been using for years. It is also going to be my go to for all roasting, especially vegetables.

I bought this Pan over a month ago, it was to cook a pork shoulder, I love it, because it is sturdy, and I can use it to cook lasagna also, so I don't have to use to pans, it is perfect. I also love the rack, I was actually looking for cooking rack when I stumble upon this combo pan and rack.

Nice, shiny heavy stainless steel. What's not to like? Perfect size for a lasagna or a baked ham. The rack is made of heavy stainless as well and would support a large goose, although the pan is not quite big enough for that. I got tired of nonstick coatings coming off into my food. Who wants that?! I have complete confidence that this pan will outlast me.
