Forget a full size grill. If you move often and need a grill that doesn't break the bank or weigh a ton and can be moved wherever you want, this is the way to go. I used to have smaller one burner grills that would get so hot, they only worked for searing. This is by far the only grill I have researched and used that allows for low temp cooking and high temp searing even with the lid closed.
THIS IS INCREDIBLE 😍 IT'S JUST TWO OF US AND TO FIRE UP A GRILL EVEN A GAS GRILL IS TOO EXPENSIVE. I saw this and we bought it and we use it at least four times a week. easy to use food tastes great smoker works good cleaning is easy the size is perfect for a table top.
A fabulous table top grill! We use it a couple of times each week, My chef boyfriend wishes it would get a bit hotter, but lots of yummy food comes off this little gem. Cuisinart makes great products.
the day it came on sell i bought it for 109 almost half price. it looks like good quality, stainless steel it looks just like in the picture, i like it that it has the automatic starter on the knobs, (so it has two starters). I like that the grill bars are thick and heavy but overall the grill is light and bulky. I am planning in using a gridle so i don't have to wash it so often. i like that the legs fold so it will look like a little metal suitcase. the hose connects to a 20 pound cylinder. i started it just to try it but i am not planning in using it until maybe next summer....in all i think it was a good item for the right price. thanks sam's.
Bought this to replace our full size grill. Even though it's portable, it was big enough for a small gathering. All stainless steel. Connects to a full size propane tank, but can also purchase an adaptor to use the small green gas canisters for true portability.
Same model number but many different parts then previous model so wish they had changed the number as parts are different and are not interchangeable. The good news is it seems to be better built and outside looks except for legs are identical. Used the older model for 6 years until grate self destroyed itself.
Great for steaks and burgers. Easy clean and easy to transport. Replaced an older model single burner. This 2 burner is the best for the money. Can get really hot for good sear on steaks or burgers. For chicken and sausage use only 1 burner as it is too hot with both burners. Love it and use it all the time. Great buy.
If you want a lightweight, high quality, portable grill look no further. 1 tailgate told me all I needed to know. While you may get a few comments about your yuppiness for owning such a grill, it's worth it.
We have this grill set up next to our Large Big Green Egg on a wood grilling platform. Ideal for this set up. Like the all stainless construction, although the gauge or thickness is not the same as a $1,500 Weber grill. You would be well served by purchasing a tank gauge which we did at the same time. Recommend that you clean the grill after usage to keep it in good shape. We use paper towels and fine steel wool to do this. Also bought cover and store the grill out of the weather.
I love the way the grill cooks. However, the grill drips grease all over what ever you have it sitting on. It seems the grease leaks through the seams where the fold-up legs are and pools around the legs on the table or, in my case, my fireproof mat. In addition, the knobs are made of a chrome plated plastic and has a black plastic insert that actually engages the gas valves and they get so hot, it melts the knob inserts.
