always been a fan of this company. when they started to make and sell knives ive got a chef knife from them. professional made and handcrafted to my needs. i use it daily.

the blade connects through the handle so it feels very sturdy and unlikely to break. it's not flimsy like cheaper knives. the Cuisinart brand nevwr disappoints.

just moved into my apartment and needed a knife, this was better than expected! good knife for the price.

Great quality and build should last a long time. Nice weight and feel in my hands. I also like the included blade guard and white color.

Very sharp. Cuts everything with ease

I've used it a dozen times since purchasing and enjoy it. I've used it on tomatoes, zucchini, onions, carrots, chicken, beef and has worked wonderfully. The case was a nice bonus and I tend to store in there when not in use. The only negative I have is the metal extends ever so slightly past the white handle pieces but I don't notice it when using it.

Looks cheap. I didn't even open it up or remove it from the packaging. Returning. It was sent in replacement from my Walmart.com order from what I originally ordered.
