Cuisinart Classic Stainless Steel 3.5” Paring Knife with Blade Guard

Sent this as a gift and they put it in a plastic bag with the sticking out! Gave them the building %23 and apartment %23 and they left it in the hallway back entrance. Anyone one could have taken it %26 stabbed someone with it! What kind of service it that??

The knife has good balance. seems good quality. but I am dinging it because I don't believe the blade is sharp enough. when I have to use more force with an apple. Then I did with my older knives , it's a problem Whether this is a lemon item , meaning one in a hundred bad. it happens. but I don't plan on buying it again. without seeing it in person. make sure it's as sharp as I expect I will try sharpen it with my sharpener.And see if I can get it better

This knife is great for slicing vegetables and fruits . it was very easy to slice through potatoes and vegetables making preparing food easy. I love the way the handle and blade are all metal making it sturdier and easy to use.

I cut myself on the thumb across my thumb. I am use to holding food and cutting in my hand. This knife is not good for this. I wish I would have gotten the other knife I was looking at instead of buying this one.

I don't like the handle it's too large with a grip like a bigger knife. I buy paring knives as I have smaller hands and find them easier to use. This one is awkward

I'm having to be very careful but it's been a long time since I've had a nice of cuts and these do. I'm trying to buy some of the smaller ones too.

This is an excellent small paring knife. I find myself reaching for rather than knives that were much more expensive.

good quality knife the only thing i didnt like was the metal handle, i would prefer a rubber handle for gripping when my hands are wet or oily

The best brand after I started using this my total family converted to this brand.very sharp not like other brands.

When I saw the handle, I thought it would be hard to work with, but it wasn't. I really like it. Cuts like butter.
