Cuisinart Compact Automatic Bread Maker, 2 lb, Stainless Steel

My husband and I have been using this breadmaker since Christmastime and it's been working as advertised! We love being able to easily have homemade bread ready so often!

I absolutely love this bread maker! It's very easy to use, and the bread comes out soft, fluffy, and delicious every time. The machine works quietly, and the whole house smells amazing while the bread is baking. There are plenty of programs to choose from, and the results are always great. Fresh homemade bread with minimal effort — definitely worth the purchase. Highly recommend!

I've got Cuisinart Bread Machine as a gift and use it mostly to make a dough, because I bake my bread in a countertop oven. I still have to make the bread from start to finish and see the end result.

Baking bread in a bread machine has proved to be a great buy. This machine does everything, from mixing the dough, rising the dough and then baking the dough. All I do is add the ingredients and walk away to do other things. Great tasting bread too!

Can't say enough about this product! Easy steps to follow! Have to read instructions before using. After that it's a breeze! It does all the steps for you without touching the bread and messing up your hands with sticky dough. The recipes are set up so that if you add the ingredients in the order they list them, the bread comes out perfectly! A win, win any way you look at it! Worth the price and would make an excellent gift for family!

My first unit was a B&D in 1981. It lasted 41 years. This unit has proven steady and capable. I used the dough setting first and simple French loaf second. Dough was terrific. French loaf should have been dough setting as well. It was pretty dense according to the instruction book that came with the unit. I’ll try again

I purchased 2 of these, one for myself and one fir my daughter. It has been 40 years since I had a bread machine and if not for the fact that my daughter wanted one, i never would have purchased it just for myself. I'm 85 and this really seems old to pick up new things. But, i love this Bread Machine and i think everyone should have one. Now, hear me out before you start laughing. I have made several loaves and they all came out perfectly. But today was the frosting on the cake. I had a pound cake recipe that was not in the Cuisinart book that i wanted to try. So input it together and accidently programed it on Sweet Bread instead of Cake. I did not realize what I did until it was so late in the process, so I just let it run its course. It was delicious. My family loved it. I only gotb6 slices out of it because we all like helpings on the larger size. Tomorrow, I am making this again.

I have wanted a bread machine for a long time and boy does this one not disappoint! It is the perfect size and looks great if out on the counter. Making bread could not be easier in this machine. Just follow the directions provided and you'll have a perfect loaf every time. I cannot recommend this machine enough. It's fantastic!

This bread maker has brought the joy of fresh homemade bread to my family. It performs very well overall and is easy to use. However, there are two areas that could be improved in future models. First, the noise level is higher than expected during operation. Second, the machine tends to move around the countertop due to vibration while kneading. Addressing these two issues would take this product from a good bread maker to a truly great one.
