Truly an egg slides around then out! My favorite test!

I have owned many brands of cookware from low end to high end. I bought these pans after I was done with trying to keep the high end pans clean on the sides and bottom. I love the weight of these pans and and also how easy the bottom cleans up so esy.

We cook for just the two of us, so we wanted a 1 quart saucepan, and this set was the only Calphalon set that had that. This cookware looks great and the nonstick is the best I have used. I can fry an egg with no oil in the pan and it slides easily, and easy to clean. The handles are very comfortable and don't get hot; however the handles to the lids can get quite warm with extended cooking.

Great set. Love it but it scratches easily. I contacted Cuisinart the first day I used it when it scratched and they never got back to me... little disappointed about that. It said in the description that it would not scratch and I registered it for the warranty...

I've been using these for about 3 months. They are a good design and the ability to put them in the dishwasher is fantastic. The big minus is we get a very metallic taste when boiling water. This is very slowing going away, but it's ruined meals. I would not buy these again.

The pans are not as heavy duty as my old pans which results in me wonder how well they will last. The sizes cater to cooking for a small family if you are cooking for a few people or good eaters I suggest a different set. I like the dishwasher safe option but after reading reviews be careful continually using the dishwasher. Overall the pans are acceptable if you are cooking for only a couple people and are comfortable with not washing them in the dishwasher after every use.

When I first received these they were packaged well however there was a scratch in the smallest pan. Wasn't a huge deal. I've had this set for about a month now and take such gentle care of them, don't stack them on each other, don't wash them when they are still hot, only use a soft non-abrasive sponge, never cook on anything higher than medium and only use silicone utensils. They've already starting chipping on the bottoms/sides so the little metal flakes get everywhere. The “non-stick” is ok. I have a pan I got from Burlingtons that has lasted way longer and is still practically in brand new condition. I usually go for that pan over these. 6/10.

I had researched up and down before I bought this cookware, went to a store 35 miles away to get it. To be honest I thought it was more of a true black and it is not. The first time I used the deep skillet, there were black marks on the bottom of the pan that I can't get out. I hand washed it, because I was afraid the dishwasher would ruin it more even though they are said to be dishwasher safe. I have since washed it once in the dishwasher and still looks like it is a couple of years old. The deep Dutch pan is starting to do the same. Little disappointed, as I was excited to get this. Taking back to the store is not an option at this point, little out of our way. We bought new home in Florida, so I bought everything new from top to bottom(we sold everything to the person who bought our old home in Michigan. The quality is just not what I expected.
