Cuisinart Electric Knife & Blade Guard, Black, CEK-25WM

Few things I like about this electric knife, the longer cord and the guard when not in use, plus it cut my roast nice and thin like we like it. I also used it to slice Italian bread loaf with ease. I like Cuisinart items, have a few in my kitchen and they all work good.

Great electric knife by Cuisinart. The blades are extremely sharp. I have used for cutting steaks, ham, loaf of bread. You can use this electric knife for multiple purposes. Be great for holiday Turkey. The blades are made of stainless steel, one touch on button and release button. Really nice to have long cord (5 foot). Safety feature is has a sheath/blade guard when not in use. I personally would recommend to hand wash carefully as to not cut yourself; but, can be safe for dishware. Yes, I would this electric knife.

I have other Cuisinart items and this knife is nice addition to your kitchen arsenal of their top-notch appliances. Handle is ergonomically designed and feels comfortable in the hand. The long cord is a plus, and the blade guard is a excellent safety feature. It's works just as well on hard-crusted breads like pumpernickel or on roasted meats.

I was really excited to get this electric knife, as I have chronic tendinitis and it is very difficult for me to cut things. However, it will only slice through soft things. I tried it on watermelon and it would not cut through the rind but it cut perfectly through the inside. I also tried it on french bread which worked perfectly. I wish it was a little smaller and easier to handle. As I said, my tendinitis makes it difficult to not only slice things but also to hold things. I just found out that my son tried it on cardboard. He says it worked great. Anyway, I recommend this to anybody having issues cutting things as it truly is a lifesaver.

I love this electric knife, love it. Easy to use. Snap blades in place, remove the safety guard, plug in and ready. It cuts so quick and effortlessly. Slices bread with ease and without a crumb mess. I was in awe of how well it cuts through meat. Any meat, raw or cooked. Cuts quick and easy. Not only that but it's a smooth clean cut. It's like pushing a butter knife through butter. No joke, that's how easy it is to use. Push a release button when finished and blades separate to clean.

This electric knife comes with a very nice blade guard that helps keep the blade sharp and also from accidently cutting myself while I'm removing it from the drawer. It has an easy grip handle with rubber padding which I really like because it keeps the knife from slipping from my hands while I'm slicing up meat. It has a really nice blade release button that is easy to use. And it works really well cutting up butternut squash that my husband loves to grow in the garden. It has always been hard for me to cut up and this knife makes the job so much easier. It's very versatile and can be used to cut up fruits, veggies, breads, and of course different types of meat. I highly recommend if you need a new electric knife!

This Cuisinart Electric knife comes in handy carving a turkey or roast. The blade cover is helpful when storing. Everyone could probably use one of these Cuisinart electric knives. This one is way nicer than the one my parents had years ago. It's not very heavy either.

I really like this knife. It is very easy to assemble the blades. It has a ergonomic handle with access to the power button on top for access with your thumb. The knife has a double stainless steel blade that is really sharp. It works well for just about any food you want to cut. The blades are also dishwasher safe. This is a lot nicer than the one my mom had in the 70s. This knife could even be used for art projects, cutting cardboard etc. it would help for people with arthritis or limitations with their hands and wrist. I see that it retails for around $25. I would recommend this product

Great knife. Works great, perfect for cutting cooked meats. I just wish it was cordless, and I found my self not using it very often. It's kind of one of those things that will just lay in your kitchen and not used a lot, because you have to store it away somewhere because it's a little bulky, and when you need to cut meat you will forget about it. But it does work great.
