[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spatula is a game changer! We grill fish quite a lot and always cut the fish into small portions to allow for easier flipping. So far with our new spatula, we have grilled salmon and cod and both remained in one piece and flipped easily. We kept the salmon in larger portions and it still flipped well. I made a large batch of French Toast last weekend and used this spatula for flipping those too! It also worked great on the griddle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this fish spatula! With the longer, angled spatula, you can really get underneath the fish to turn it, which means less to no breakage. The handle stays cool, and feels really good in my hand too. I found it is also great for grilling veggies such as tomatoes and zucchini as well as boneless chicken. Because it's metal, it is easy to clean as well. Overall, great utensil that is getting much use in this house!

The beveled edge near the end of the spatula was great for getting an edge under my fish on the grill and helped flip the fish to cook the other side. The spatula was also excellent for putting the fish fillets on the grill and made it easier to take them off with the help of some tongs. My old spatula I have previously used did not have a beveled edge and it made flipping the fish over difficult and taking it off the grill when cooking was done difficult. I also like the thin lightweight handle which is easy to grip and use.

The tines are firm and thin enough to get even the thinnest piece of fish up and over in one swoop. The handle is long enough that I can keep off the heat. It's easy to clean. A really nice product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a month ago, and I like the size of it. The only thing I would change about it is how flimsy it is where it connects to the handle. In my opinion it should be more rigid and not flexible around the handle.

This is large but I plan on returning because there is a warning that it may expose people to lead. LEAD?? Really how is it that kitchen utensils would have lead in them? I want a turner in this design but one that I'm not afraid to leave in my food.
