Nice saucepan
This saucepan is attractive and cooks well. I've used it to make pasta, but it is heavy, when boiling water. It also cleans up well. Although you can put it in the dishwasher, I would put it on the top rack, but would prefer to hand wash it (I put the smaller Cuisinart saucepan on the bottom rack and it seems some of the rim has worn). I would recommend Cuisinart.

Amazing quality
This pot is absolutely amazing.. I had purchased the 12 quart multiclad by Cuisinart last Christmas and was so impressed by the quality.. This one was a wish list item as I wanted to try out the French classic line... Wowzers!! This is even better quality then the multiclad... I love the both. The multiclad is being used for stock so I don't need to spend the money required for French classic but for gravy, sause, or anything needing temp control without burning this pot is great... I would say it's as good as my expensive All Clad 4 qt. This one is easier to handle than the all clad

Great Product
Love this saucepan, the quality is great. The only thing I do not like is the groove on the top pot since it makes it harder to get all the sauce out of the pot.

Not that great, wouldn't recommend
Poor balance with the handle, curves up too high. I like the shiny exterior, very easy to keep clean. Interior already has some etching after a couple weeks of use. I wouldn't buy this line of saucepan again, probably would go with their competitor.

Cons by a length
Pro: weight; even heating. Con's: the lid is so light, it vibrates/rattles annoyingly when making anything which creates even the least bit of steam (e.g. rice); I would also prefer glass, but I knew that going in it was metal. Keeping it, as I got a v.g. price...but would not buy again
