The Perfect Knife
I had a Farberware santoku knife, and it was great for the last 10 years. I wanted an upgrade and wanted something of better quality, something that was one piece, and larger in size. The weight is perfect. It doesn't feel flimsy. The blade and handle is one piece, which makes it much easier to clean and will not hold bacteria. The ease of cutting is chef's kiss. I also really liked that it came with a blade guard or sheath. 10/10 recommend

Best knife that I have ever used.
Amazing knife, best knife that I've ever used. Sharp and very easy to hold. One small detail, the plastic packaging is very hard to open, so use caution when opening your purchase.

Great knife!
This is the knife I have been waiting for! Good size blade and a comfortable grip. And very sharp. A joy to use. Would definitely purchase again in a heartbeat! Can't wait to see what I want to order next from Cuisinart. I have been very happy with all items that I have purchased so far.

I haven't tried yet, seems a great chef knife
I hope it lasts for awhile. I love the handle, the blade looks sharp and a good material. I haven't tried yet, but I am excited to. I hope to make it my go to. A great Value
