ppreciate the cookware's durability, ease of use
Durable hard anodized construction, affordable price for the quality, and a nonstick surface that's easy to clean.

Allows metal through finish
I have used the same brand of frying pans many times in the past and they all tested negative to metal being released from the cooking surface. I was very disappointed when this pan tested positive for metal. Being chemically sensitive and allergic to metals I have to be very careful what I use. Otherwise I would have happily kept this frying pan.

nice pan
I like the new pan, but I've noticed a little bit of sticking. I'm not using too much butter/margarine per the instructions, but certain items (ham, spinach) have stuck when I've used the pan to make my omelets.

Dissapointment
I bought this skillet as a replacement for an aging Circulon fry pan. It was highly recommended by a major consumer magazine and listed as "induction ready". It was a huge disappointment. It doesn't not work on my induction cook top. I have a variety of brands and styles of pans, including Cusinart, which work fine on induction. This one does not. Though this pan is listed as 8" the cooking area is quite small, 5-5/8 as opposed to 6-1/4 for the old one. Over all the pan has a cheap feel to it. The non-stick is good but not exceptional. I wouldn't recommend it
