PROs - Easy to assemble and use. Griddle top of super non-stick! Gets good %26 hot. CONs - No temperature indicator nor guidance in the materials nor online for what the 1-5 settings correlate with in temperature ranges. I'm going to use my oven thermometer to figure this out. Approx. the 1-1.5inch outer border does not get as hot as rest of the plate. This is not a surprise but is helpful to know when placing food.

its a decent size, i got it for my partner as a last minute gift. He loves it. We've only had it a week and hes used it every day. no issues with it, easy to set up.

Quick and easy way to grill if limited on space, don't want to hassle with propane tanks, etc. Heating element is legit, builds and holds temperature, an issue with some other electric griddles. Assembly is simple. Clean up, no problem.

it's operator error, i am not sure how to use it. I have tried to cook salmon but i have not cooked it enough and had to cook it in the microwave. I will try and cook it longer next time I don't know what each of the numbers mean

Very top heavy, falls over easily. Grills well but uneven surface heat.
