Cuisinart Large 17" Reversible End Grain Acacia Cutting Board Embedded Handles

Wow. I'm a huge Cuisinart fan but this one surprised me, in a good way! I expected this to be a good cutting board, but for the price I didn't expect a great cutting board. It looks good, is extremely resistant to moisture, and has good weight and a solid feel. This was a purchase I'm happy I made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this board. I decided to try an end grain board and this one delivers as promised. It is a beautiful board and comes well finished. It has a soft feel and softer sound when chopping vegetables etc than any previous board I've owned, which I'm sure will be easier on my knives. Yes it does show cut marks but it's a cutting board! If you want to use it as a display board just keep your cutting to one side. It stays in place when using and is very sturdy and level - no rocking. The indentations on the sides make it easy to handle as well.

Great quality. Sturdy, easy to clean! It even doubles as a cheese board! Love it!

Another great feature is the well around the edge that collects any juices from whatever you're preparing at the time.

It also has embedded notches on the side as a handle. You can feel the quality as well as see it. This is a beautiful board. This looks like is heavy, but it isn't. I've cut everything from fruit, veggies, meats, even used it as a charcuterie board. It's as beautiful as it is functional. High quality, this will last you a very long time. Absolutely love it.

It's a little on the heavy side but I don't mind that because it's absolutely beautiful, it definitely looks good in my kitchen lol... If you're looking for a beautiful cutting board with exceptional quality, I highly recommend this one.

The drip edge side comes in so handy when I'm cutting fruit. My experience with this cutting board so far has been lovely and I'm looking forward to seeing what amazing meals this board with assist me with in the future.

I like that it's big and substantial, feels high quality and has handles so it's easy to move around. I do find that it shows cuts from knives really prominently, probably because the wood/color is quite dark. I don't really care if my cutting boards get scratched up, but I initially thought I may use this for serving something like a cheese board at a party and with the scratches I probably won't. The grooves are handy to prevent fruit or meat juices from getting on my counter. And it's easy to wash. Overall I would definitely recommend and it feels like a board I will use for the next decade.
