[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I wanted to move away from using non-stick pans and this 12 piece set has been wonderful to use. The multi-layers help retain heat better than our old non-stick aluminum pans and the food we cook has tasted better (crispy outside while inside is still soft and juicy) while using lower heat. There is a slight learning curve to heat up the pans with medium heat for approx. 3-4 minutes and then lower the heat to low/med-low before adding in your oil or butter. This allows the pores in the metal to close up so food does not bond with the metal surface, which would cause sticking. We have been able to cook all types of food such as various meat/fish, veggies, eggs, sauces/soups, noodles, etc without much issue. There are certain foods that may struggle on stainless like frozen pot stickers, so you may have to try different methods aside from the recommended instructions. Clean up is super easy and any staining or tarnish marks can be removed with some Bar Keeper's Friend. Overall, this 12 piece set covers almost all basic cooking needs and can be supplemented with Cuisinart's other MCP pieces like the larger 12 inch skillet. I would consider this as one of those "buy it for life" type of items that every couple or family should have. 5/5
I am absolutely thrilled with this Cuisinart MultiClad Pro set. The fully-clad, triple-ply construction provides incredibly even heating, which has been a game-changer for getting a perfect, edge-to-edge sear on everything from chicken to vegetables. The pans have a professional weight and balance, and the ability to build a beautiful fond for pan sauces is something my old non-stick pans could never do. For any serious home cook looking to upgrade their kitchen, this set is a phenomenal investment that will fundamentally elevate your results.
I couldn't be happier with the MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Cookware 12-Piece Set! After months of researching different stainless steel cookware sets, I decided to invest in this one—and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations. First off, the build quality is outstanding. The triple-ply construction (stainless steel interior and exterior with an aluminum core) distributes heat evenly and quickly, eliminating hot spots and making cooking much more precise. Whether I'm simmering sauces, searing meats, or sautéing vegetables, the performance is consistently excellent. The design is both elegant and functional. The brushed stainless finish looks sleek on my stovetop, and the riveted handles stay cool and provide a sturdy grip. The tight-fitting lids are a bonus—they help retain moisture and flavor during cooking. Cleanup is surprisingly easy for stainless steel. As long as you preheat properly and use the right amount of oil, food doesn't stick much. And when it does, a quick soak or a bit of Bar Keepers Friend brings everything back to a shine. Plus, they're dishwasher safe, which is a huge time-saver. I also appreciate that the set is oven-safe up to 500°F, making it super versatile. I've gone straight from stovetop to oven without any issues. The range of sizes in the set—from the smaller saucepans to the larger sauté pan and stockpot—means I always have the right tool for the job. Overall, this set offers professional-grade performance at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's serious about cooking or upgrading their kitchen essentials.
I'm very impressed with this stainless steel pan set. Each pan is perfectly balanced and heats evenly, which makes cooking on my electric stove effortless. The handles feel solid and sturdy with strong rivets, and the polished lids give the whole set a professional, high-end look. They not only perform great but also look amazing sitting on my stove. Definitely worth the investment for anyone who enjoys cooking with quality cookware.
I'm the last person we thought would ever switch to stainless steel. Everyone i know has some reason to not use them, so i never tried any. Then i decided all their complaints perhaps were that they were not using a good brand. I think I am right, I bought the Cuisinart Multi Clad because of the reviews. I was told by my friends that things will still stick and the pans will discolor. I have cooked several different things in these pans including scrambled eggs, and i have never had an issue with staining or sticking. There are rules to using stainless steel and they are not that hard, but if everyone is still having problems, they should buy this particular set. Excellent! Now I'm sorry i waited so long to buy them!
These pots and pans are outstanding. They cook evenly, clean up nicely, look great, and will last forever. After having researched for the best product for my needs, I'm very pleased to have chosen this set of Cuisinart cookware.
It has great quality and material. It is easy to use. I have another set that I gave to my daughter more than a year ago and it maintains its quality. You just have to be careful when cleaning it.
I bought this set about six months ago after much research and comparison. I couldn't afford the pricey copper clad stuff, but wanted to ditch the non-stick pots and pans. I have this set, a large and a small cast iron pan, and an enameled cast iron dutch oven. It's all I need. These pans are not non stick, they don't work well for scrambled eggs or pancakes (hence the cast iron), but they are perfect for everything else. They are non-reactive, retain and distribute heat incredibly well, and clean great with bar keepers friend. My set has gone through heavy use but look and perform like new. I hope these last me for years.
We bought this set of pots and pans to replace an old set. Immediately we noticed the weight. These are very heavy pots and pans! I guess the term “Pro” should tipped us off. The second thing was the handles do get hot so be careful and use a pot holder. Finally, these pots and pans do stain when cooking anything with protein. Not the end of the world. Just sprinkle a little “Bar Keepers Friend” in a wet pot, wipe it down, rinse and dry.
I am a first time user of stainless steele. I read all of the dos and donts. I was afraid of ruining the pans. After the 3rd use of one of my pans it started to turn color or look as if food was still stuck on the pan. It looked like it was not coming clean. I did everything right I cooked on low heat and used olive oil. Nothing stuck to the pan. I used a mild soap and hot water to clean. Even tried boiling water in it. Nothing worked. I'll just have to live with the discoloration as the pan still works well. I'm just sad that only after 3 uses it doesn't look nice.
