great pasta machine. works great! beware of the company though, they lie and treat their customers like they are stupid! I was guaranteed the order would arrive before Christmas, December 23 to be exact, and that was 7 days from the order date, plenty of time if shipped 3-day priority loke they claim. well the liars shipped it ground knowing very well it would not arrive on time, and then tried to lie to me claiming they did ship it 3-day priority and it just must have been delayed! I guess they think I'm dumb or something, because I could see how they actually shipped it in the tracking details, the details said shipped ups ground! that is a 12 day service! infuriating!

I never knew this appliance existed. It is not only a top quality Cuisinart product, but for pasta and bread lovers, it's a dream. The instructions are extremely clear on how to make pasta. Your first try may not be successful, but, trust me, when you get the hang of it, you'll never buy any from the store again. Fresh pasta is just simply delicious! If you have ever wanted to make bread, this product makes it so much easier to bake your own. It's very easy to use, very good instructions, and easy to clean. This may be my favorite gadget in the kitchen.

It is so easy to prepare different shades of pasta. Homemade flavor pasta is heavenly, totally different from the one we buy at the supermarket. Soon I will make bread with this magical machine. Love it! 🥰

I love the fresh home made pasta but the machine is heavy and I have to move it to use it. Also cleaning it is a lot of work but otherwise I love it. I would recommend it.

This machine makes delicious, fresh gluten free pasta! It has so many attachments for making different shapes and they all store neatly inside. The design is streamlined so that the maker doesn't take up much space at all in my pantry. And it has a bread attachment that also works well. It's so easy and fun to use!

I love my pasta maker, but follow the instructions it works. It may look like it's not pasta but it is. So easy. One thing, Cuisinart folks, please come out with more pasta shape inserts. Would love some other fun shapes just to keep the interest.

Easy to use and I've never made pasta. Fresh is best

We made the dough exactly as the recipe said. The dough was very crumbly and wouldn't extrude. It then overheated and baked the dough in the extruder. Luckily we are used to making our own pasta and I have several pasta rollers and boards. We took the dough out and made it our way and saved the dough mixture. I have numerous Cuisinart items and swear by their standards. This however missed the mark entirely and unless you use it as an expensive alternative to a KitchenAid mixer, I simply cannot recommend this to anyone. Again, we followed directions to the letter because we wanted a simpler way without bringing out all our tools. My wife's family came from Napoli, Italy so we all know how to make pasta. Extremely disappointed and I'm seeing if I can return this as defective because it obviously doesn't work as advertised.
