The pots are awesome. One of the kids cooked something on high heat on the stove, we got an orange discoloration on it. If this happens to you and they don't tell you do this: 1. Turn the stove on high. 2. Get a couple of cups of ice and put them in the hot pan. 3. THE STAINS AND DISCOLORATION DISAPPEAR!!!! 4. 🤯🤯🤯 5. If THIS doesn't work, get some Bar Keepers Friend and scrub away. These pans are going to last me a LOT LONGER than the other "coated" pans we've had over the years. I am making sure that I tell every young person I meet, get good STAINLESS STEEL pots and pans. Buy things that will last and not chip away and kill you slowly!!!
love the ease of use, ability to clean. They are heavier, but it has not been cumbersome.
This set of pots and pans looks great and works even better. All of the marketing above ‘even distribution of heat' is true!! We waited too long to upgrade.
This 13 piece set has just about everything we need. I say just about because it doesn't have a quart size pot which is something I use frequently, but other than that, it's fantastic. Sturdy and heavy without being a wrist burden, it cooks evenly, cleans with ease and is well worth the price.
I have had this set for a couple of months now and all have been great so far. There is definitely a learning curve using stainless steel, as the pan heats up differently than nonstick and it's important to let it fully heat before adding food to ensure no sticking. I love that these are dishwasher safe - makes cleanup so much easier.
I have only had this cookware a short while. So far, I am very satisfied. I would say the cookware punches way above its weight class and can hold its own with: Made In, All Clad, etc. And all are high quality products, that vary drastically in price. While this set is "budget friendly," its form, function, and build quality are very good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is, to be honest, I have seen and used better... In Cuisinart's defense, I haven't at this price point.
mostly love the cookware but disappointed to find out its not as compatible with inductive cookware as I was lead to believe; you can't boil water on hi or you'll damage the cookware; it is very easy to cook with and clean up otherwise; would buy again
I LOVE THE QUALITY OF THE COOKWARE, AND HOW EVENLY THE POTS AND PANS HEAT, MY ONLY CONCERN IS CLEAN UP. I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH FOOD STICKING, BUT I DO HAVE A STRANGE FILM, NOT SURE THAT IS THE CORRECT WORD, BUT I CAN'T WASH IT AWAY. OTHERWISE COMPLETELY HAPPY. ILL KEEP COOKING
Sturdy and sleek. Relatively light for their size, but cooking surfaces are solid. Heats evenly. I would recommend to others without hesitation.
I purchased this so called professional pan set base on the fact that it was induction stove ready and used in the correct culinary way the pans would keep its natural steel sparkling look. After the 3rd use of one of the pans frying a steak in a little oil cleaning the pan a yellow residue remained. Even after soaking overnight and scrubbing with a non stick pad, it remained. Then to my dismay using the steamer the pot use to boil the water light yellow water marks appeared and again I could not remove. For the price paid this set is not worth it. I would never purchase or recommend anyone to purchase any item of cuisinart. Also the product is not fully steel only the bottom is. The rest is maybe aluminum. Certainly not what the description states.
