Cuisinart Professional Series Stainless Sauce Pan with Cover - 1 Quart Pot, 1.0 Count

This 1 quart Cuisinart sauce pan is the perfect multi-purpose pan. I've owned sheathing 1.5 quarter pan for 5 years and it performs so well. The only problem? I needed a complimentary pan for sauce and small cooking needs. The pan is not overly bulky but has a heavy bottom, giving it a sturdy feel and performs well when whisking or stirring sauces, rouxs, and custards. I love the way the srainless steel cleans well, even with sticky and tacked on food. Highly recommend this pan.

I was hesitant to buy a metal pan because I've always used the non-stick surface pans. I was afraid I would end up having to scrub all the time but these are absolutely amazingly easy to clean... everything just wipes right out and I don't have to worry about the coating being scratched and flaking off. I am extremely happy with these pans in the way they cook as well... they heat up better because of the special bottom surface. Love them so much I ordered a whole set!

This little one quart sauce pan is just what I was looking for. Perfect for a single serving of soup or oatmeal, poaching two eggs or cooking up two servings of veggies. It is only one quart at the brim. So if you fill it halfway that's only a lint or 2 cups. It holds heat really well a d cleans up easy. Stainless steel can discolor, and that's why they make "Barkeeper's Friend." I would buy this product again.

The Pro Series pot that I purchased ( I actually bought two sizes, 1 1/2 qt and 1 qt) are a heavy weight triple clad that are wonderful to cook in and so easy to clean. I feel safe cooking in stainless steel!

This little pan will be the one that gets used the most, from heating up butter and milk to make bread, to cooking small meals additions. I have six other Cuisinart pots, pans and appliances that never let me down.

This is simply the best saucepan I have ever owned! The finish is so smooth and so easy to keep clean. The lid fits perfectly no drips or spills even at a rolling boil. The thickness of its base allows for even heating with no hot spots or curdling with cream based sauces. I recommend this to all my friends and family!

This pan is great for so many things. Being single and needing a pan small enough for one. I knew I couldn't go wrong. Cuisinart has always made excellent products and thing being my first pan, I definitely was not disappointed. I look forward to purchasing more.

I didn't really need another saucepan, but I saw this one at a great price and just couldn't resist. Am I ever glad! This is my favorite pan - I love the weight, the close-fitting lid, how evenly it heats, the ease of keeping it super-clean....just everything! My old 1-quart pan, which is really fine, has been consigned to our camper.

Pot is fine, lid needs work. I boiled potatoes and while cleaning the pot lid I noticed where small pieces of potatoes was embedded in the edge of the lid and between the the rim and the glass, and I can't get it out. I even took a razor blade and ran it around the edge and still couldn't get it out. Apparently there is enough room in the lid and glass for this to happen.
