Cuisinart Stainless Steel 8 Cup Drip Coffee Maker, CPO-800P1

After a couple weeks of fine tuning the amount of grounds for the perfect cup of coffee for me personally, I am absolutely delighted with the PurePrecision 8 Cup Pour-Over Coffee Brewer. To me, it makes the best tasting coffee with the freshly ground beans and by also using the metal filter sitting inside a non-chlorine bleached paper filter. Every morning, I look forward to the wonderful smell of freshly brewed coffee followed by the superb taste when gsipped. Outstanding!!! Simply outstanding!!!

I tried other coffee makers and sent them back because they had to many parts take take off and put on before making a pot of coffee, others had coffee all over the counter just trying to pour a cup. I found this model and it was simple to use and it makes a great cup of coffee. I only wish it was a 10 cup instead of 8 but I can live with that. I've seen negative reviews about the glass carafe but I haven't had any issues. Good job Cuisinart.

A friend raved about pour-over coffee, and I decided to try out one of the auto pour-over coffee makers. Although there were many brands out there, I have a few Cuisinart products that are go-tos for me; so, I didn't mind trying this model. First, it's a pretty machine, and it's easy to set up. But the most important thing: The coffee it produces is delicious, and I find myself using less than I used previously while still achieving a delicious, strong coffee. Follow directions and figure out what works for you. It's all very simple. And for the cholesterol conscious (like me), you can use paper filters.

This is a high quality coffee maker that produces good coffee, and is easy to clean and setup for automatic brewing. The water filter and stainless basket are also nice features.

Replaced my old coffee maker with this pour over model. Makes great coffee. Looks great too. Like that you can set the strength and temperature.

I had this same coffeemaker for 3yrs and loved it. Unfortunately, I broke the coffee pot and couldn't get a replacement. I debated getting an entirely different coffeemaker. I finally went with this one again and it does make excellent coffee. The basket doesn't fit as well as it did in the old one. The computer screen was glitching when I first turned it on. But I tapped on it and it started working just fine. So I kept it.

I am generally happy with my Coffee maker. One drawback- the " Bloom feature doesn't work, or doesn't work completely. I returned the maker, but the second one was the same. The water comes down in under 10 seconds, when it should be at least 30 seconds. One great plus with this coffee maker is it heats well. I had to return another auto drip/ pour over to another company that had this problem.. The pour over feature works great, as is the coffee. Its better than average, and I find that the pour over method works best for me. I've tried them all- French press, aero press, Delter press, Phin, Regular auto drip,etc. I plan to keep the coffee maker, and I am happy with my purchase, The price is low relative to other comparable brands. Also, I find it easy to use, and I like the the auto features.

The coffee maker is sub par at best and at the peicepoint it should brew outstanding tasting coffee and i have had better brew from a 20 dollar mr coffee maker.

A portion of the black plastic carafe handle broke off - never dropped or otherwise mishandled. No replacement carafe available. Coffee maker purchased slightly more than just one year ago. Makes good coffee but the lack of a quality carafe and/or a replacement part is a disappointment.
