Cuisinart Stainless Teakettles Aura 2 Quart Teakettle

The Teakettle is perfect. It is large enough to make the perfect number of cups I need. It whistles nice and loud so you can hear it even if you are not in the kitchen area. It cleans easily and a perfect fit on the stove.

My wife and I love the pot! It's smaller than our last Cuisinart pot but it works much better for us.

A nice looking kettle that is sized well to fit my stove's burner and gives me the two quarts of hot water I need. Love the whistle—easily heard if in another room.

I am an avid tea drinker and had an old tea kettle for too many years. I was recently in my favorite kitchen store and I saw this new Cuisinart kettle and decided to upgrade. This was one of the best decisions I made in a long time. I especially like the handle and opening mechanism. Plus the look is very clean and stylish.

Good affordable basic kettle that does what it's supposed to do. The brushed metal looks nice and the button on the handle is convenient. No complaints so far.

High quality, consistent. I like the handle shape and the spout pours nicely. With some practice you could use it for a pour over coffee maker.(typically you would want a gooseneck kettle) I've used it every day for a month and no issues yet.

Well designed for function (handle, release, pouring angle), basic and clean design. The whistle could be improved. I have to say, this is the loudest kettle I've ever owned when the water gets close to boiling and when boiling.

Very nice looking tea kettle. The pot whistles when the water is boiled, however, the mechanism to release the kettle pour spout sticks and is not working smoothly.

Love the color (a big reason I picked —not the form but copper color) and it's a tea kettle—it does exactly what it should. BUT it has one HUGE FLAW. you cannot open the spout whistling cover open without also holding the kettle. My old kettle from Kitchenaide allowed the spout to stay open Sometimes I can't grab it and pour and I want it to boil but Not whistle anymore. Sometimes the handle is too hot to to handle it that much on the bottom to press the button in that place. If it were held open by the kettle I could grasp the handle further back and still pour now I can't cause it closes without me holding the spout cover open. Sometimes I want to boil it but just don't want the noisy whistle which was great at times. Or am stepping away and won't be able to get to it and don't whistle to disturb others by going on a long time. Can't do any of that now. Only other issue is it is a little too lightweight-thin metal—does not seem as high a quality. However it boils what and whistles just fine and pours nicely which gets the job done is fine.

The teapot rusted inside and out, along the top & the bottom, also the lid. I also made sure the teapot was emptied & dry after each use. I am very disappointed with this product. I always thought Cuisinart had such high quality. A true stainless steel teapot should have never rusted.
