Cuisinart Toasters 2 Slice Compact Stainless Toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Cuisinart toaster is still working after 30 years, it is now moved to our cabin in VT to replace another brand that didn't last and our new toaster is in our home of 30 years. not to mention my Cuisinart (Robot Coup) food processor that came from the kitchen store I started. it is still going after 40 plus years. I also have some Cuisinart cookware. Obviously, it's a brand that you can trust.

This Cuisinart toaster is reliable, sturdy, toasts well and has just the right amount of features that I need. It looks great on the counter and is just the right size.

Great toaster! Cuisinart has the best products! I also have a waffle iron n had it has lasted for 15 years n still working great. Just got my new toaster n it's simply Awesome! Great quality as always. All my appliances are always Cuisinart!

A fantastic looking toaster that toasts everything from bagels to toaster pastries perfectly. The easy to use settings get you the lightness or darkness desired. We are so pleased with it's performance!

Cuisinart toaster is the perfect size for the counter. Two features that nudged me to give it a try......crumb pull out drawer and toaster rack lift; meaning you do not burn your fingers trying to get your toast out, the rack lifts up from the push down nob which I found most toasters in this price range did not offer. Raising the toaster rack is not a smooth action, but it works and so I can recommend this item to anyone using it for standard bread size (length), bagel, etc. If you use the round breads the cuts will be too long, but cut bread slices in half and works just fine.

purchased a Cuisinart because of the brand reputation. The unit works fine, but the placement of the electrical cord in the front of the toaster is very odd. I would question the design of this element.

The toaster works well. It can toast evenly although that can vary with the item being toasted. The frozen bagel I toasted this morning was darker at the top than the bottom. It is stylish and looks good on the countertop. The sole complaint is that the darkness setting is very temperamental. Set it to '2' and the toast can be too light, '3' and too dark. I would never try the max setting.

I returned it because I toast one piece at a time. The side near the middle of the toaster would be almost black and the outer side would be very light brown

I purchased the 2 slice toaster for our RV after being very satisfied with my four slice Cuisinart toaster that I have for my home, however, I am not satisfied with the 2 slice toaster. The heating element does not toast evenly and I have to toast most items twice on the highest setting. I did contact Cuisinart customer service.

This is no doubt the world's worst toaster! I purchased this toaster based on the brand name. I have several other Cuisinart Products and they are far above average in every way. This one far below standard. Must unplug after each use. Never heard of such. Burns one side of the bread no matter what the setting. Sorry I spent my money!
