My favorite kitchen tool
I was looking for a reliable toaster. That was only two slices to save Room and gave me defrost options. I am totally thrilled with my Cuisinart. This toaster does everything I needed it to do and fits my family’s needs. My next purchase will be a Cuisinart.

Great for toasting from gluten free to normal by #
Great for frozen bagels especially. Love the ability to custom each toast according to what it is. Gluten free and normal bread takes different times and this allows them to go back and forth easily. Loved it now we have a new one to our last toaster model. The 4 slice is very big

It does what it promises
Toasts and defrosts sliced bagels nicely. Even toasting on both sides for sliced bread. Love it!

Nice features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been great so far. I like the lighted digital screen and the bar scale that tells you the progress of the toasting items. Works perfectly with bagels and pop tarts.

Sturdy and does a nice job toasting. The handle is hard to lock down, hence the 4 star review.

Disappointed
The highest setting doesn't toast dark enough, and I didn't realized when I purchased it that there is a very loud two-beep signal when the toaster is finished, even when you cancel the job. Not good if someone is sleeping nearby!

Sleek, but ineffective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sleek looking toaster that unfortunately doesn’t work very well. Even with the setting at 7 you have to toast the bread twice. Very time consuming.
