Cuisinart Toasters 2 Slice Countdown Metal Toaster, New, CPT-415P1

I was looking for a reliable toaster. That was only two slices to save Room and gave me defrost options. I am totally thrilled with my Cuisinart. This toaster does everything I needed it to do and fits my family’s needs. My next purchase will be a Cuisinart.

I’ve been using this Cuisinart 2-slice toaster for about a month now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The digital countdown is a game-changer, providing a level of control and consistency that my old manual toasters just couldn't match. If you're looking for a reliable, modern toaster, the CPT-415P1 Countdown Metal Toaster is a fantastic choice.

Great for frozen bagels especially. Love the ability to custom each toast according to what it is. Gluten free and normal bread takes different times and this allows them to go back and forth easily. Loved it now we have a new one to our last toaster model. The 4 slice is very big

Toasts and defrosts sliced bagels nicely. Even toasting on both sides for sliced bread. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toasts fine in the week I have had it, so for basic functionality I have no complaints. The device is nice-looking enough, but construction is clearly low end, particularly the cheap plastic lever that (with some effort) lowers the bread into the toaster. Wirecutter recently wrote that nobody makes toasters to last any more, and looking at this one, I can believe it.

The highest setting doesn't toast dark enough, and I didn't realized when I purchased it that there is a very loud two-beep signal when the toaster is finished, even when you cancel the job. Not good if someone is sleeping nearby!
