Cuisinart Toasters 4 Slice Compact Plastic Toaster, New, CPT-142P1

We love our Cuisinart 4 slice toaster. It is convenient, gives us a lot of toast quickly. It is sturdy, easy to clean and versatile. We can regulate temperature and amount of slices you want. We are so glad that we chose Cuisinart for our needs in a lot of our appliances.

After using a 2-slice toaster that took what seemed like forever to toast anything, we were amazed at how fast and how beautifully our Cuisinart toasts. The bread comes out evenly toasted, and it's easy to choose the degree of brownness we desire. Another feature we appreciate is the ability to stop the process to check the toast, AND we can raise the toast so that we no longer need tongs to lift it out. WISH WE HAD BOUGHT THIS YEARS AGO!

I love my new 4 slice Cuisinart toaster! The slots are plenty big for wider sliced homemade bread and toast nicely. I like that I can adjust the two different sides to different cooking times. I have a white toaster and it looks very nice on my counter.

Love this toaster. I'm a senior and needed a 4 slice toaster. Had plenty to choose from and discovered this one. The clean white color is a great pick, in a sea full of toasters. Cuisinart is a brand I trust and look forward to many years of great toast. Don't forget the 3 yr warranty is pretty rare too!

I am really enjoying this toaster, color is my favourite. Toasts well, only issue i am having that tha knobs are very loosely fitted. its a 5 toast toaster so its savingme alot of time, toasted with perfect crunch.

I haven't bought a toaster in quite awhile, but some reviews I read said that this toaster was a winner. I have been happy with it so far. It does what it's supposed to do: it toasts bread. We are still learning the toaster and how to play with the toasting times to get a good result. We had a 2-slice toaster before this, but this toaster doesn't take up much more space than the old toaster, so that's a plus, too.

This is a replacement for a previous cuisinart 4 slice toaster. Most functions are the same, but the mechanism for settings is not as fancy as our last toaster. This has dials vs. buttons, no lights on settings face, and no tone at the end of the toasting cycle. Very basic, but after 5 weeks, it is doing an adequate job.

I have had a Cuisinart toaster for years, so wanted another one like it. This one almost matches. The bagel side on this one is a waste. Other one toasted only the cut side. This one does both, so the bagel button is a waste. Other than that, it is a good toaster so far.

For the first couple times I used it the lever would stick in the down position. After forcing it up a couple times it started popping up okay. Biggest issue is no matter what setting I use it toasts very uneven. Dark on one side light or not toasted at all on the other.

We bought this to replace an older model of the same toaster because the older toaster did. It toast on both sides of the bread evenly. We were disappointed to find out this new model also did. To toast evenly at all. We had to return it.
