Tool I didn't know I absolutely needed!!
It's great for raw turmeric, ginger, & garlic shavings. I still haven't used it on chocolate; I want to try making authentic Mexican hot chocolate this winter. It's beautifully crafted, easy enough to clean & does an all around great job. Could be used on cheese but I have separate tools for that. And truffles, well, maybe someday! The blade is sharp & doesn't drag so far. Soap & water clean up.
