Cuisinart Vegetable and Fruit Chopper

I had an off brand version of this and noticed it was breaking off tiny plastic pieces when it cut. I needed an upgrade and wanted a safe trustworthy option. I should have went with this from the start. Those tiny little squares are SHARP!! Be very cautious when handling/washing. But yes, I would recommend. This is the one. Get it!

OMG! Why didn't I buy one of these sooner?! Chopping is a breeze, no more crying cutting onions, perfectly even veggies every time. And fun to use! I give it all the stars!

I have been looking for a chopper not a slicer this one is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't wait to try it out so I did that very day and yes it is everything you would need to chop veggies. Nuts. It's become indispensable for my 78 year old hands.

This tool is an essential need for everyone's kitchen. So easy to use and clean up is a breeze. Definitely helps us use more veggies!

This vegetable chopper works very well on all solid vegetable it will not chop soft vegetables as i didn't expect it to.

We have used the chopper to cut a variety of fruits and vegetables. Seems like it's well built. Two cautions, it's very sharp and two people have cut their fingers. One of the cutting sections broke while trying to cut carrots but the company sent a replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this and used it for the first time. As I was cleaning the chopper metal grates bent, and cut two of my fingers. Plastic cleaning tool snapped also. Really poor quality and hazardous. I would not recommend. The previous brand I had lasted at least five years.

This chopper is very cheaply made. The chopper blade frame gets stuck to the top and you have to pick it down. Every single thing you have to scrape out of the top of the chopper. Not happy at all with this as I received this as a gift.
