I started taking them with the amor of improving my digestion, as I sometimes felt a heaviness in my stomach. From the very first few days, I noticed a lighter sensation after eating. The texture is soft and easy to chew, and the taste is very pleasant. I also appreciated its availability, as it is easy to find is stores. I take it once a day, and so far, is has worked well for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Culturelle mini chew probiotics are very interesting! I will say they are MUCH smaller than I anticipated. They are nearly crumb size, and for something you are supposed to chew I honestly don't quite understand the need to have them that small as they are too small to even “chew” one at a time. You almost need to pour the whole packet or a handful at a time and eat them like Pop Rocks candy? But they're smaller than those even. The taste was okay in flavor but the texture was chalky and I honestly think part of it was because how small they are. As far as effectiveness goes, they did work pretty well. I felt good for the few weeks I took them, however if I were to continue using Culturelle probiotics I would likely go with another format - but again that is COMPLETELY based on my own textural pickiness! These may be good for kids because they are not big or hard to chew for little mouths, compared to an adult sized mouth where it's almost weird 😅

I didn't like the taste. My mom tried it too and agreed. We ended up returning the mini-chews because they were expensive for not liking the taste
