better than any regular mix
i am not gluten-free free but my wife is. i hate getting stuff she can't eat, but most GF items taste terrible, especially baking items. This is one I'd choose over regular pancake mixes. the pancakes come out fluffy and delicious. great sweet taste.

This is the best gluten free pancake mix
Cup4Cup is my go to brand for pancakes and waffles since trying other products over the years since my Celiac diagnosis in 2014. Every time this item goes out of stock and I have to resort to another brand I am always reminded they are not the same. Pancakes and waffles are light and fluffy and my non gluten free family cannot tell the difference. Tasty!

Highly recommend
My son has wheat, dairy and egg allergies and this pancake waffle mix has been a life saver in our progression of baked egg and baked milk exposure as well as sharing breakfast as a family. It has been our daily go to breakfast for months and even our kids who do not have allergies enjoy this gluten free mix.

SOOO GOOD
These pancakes are addictive.. Calls for 3 eggs, Milk %26 Melted Butter.. I add sum Xtra sugar to the melted butter %26 vanilla to the batter. The crispy edges are 🤩 ! C'est Si Bon

A win for celiacs everywhere!
My kids love this raw batter almost as much as they like the finished product! The batter tastes like vanilla pudding, and the pancakes and waffles turn out absolutely delicious. Gluten free products are always hit or miss, but these are a huge win for our celiac family! I will be buying this mix again and again! Quick to whip up and delicious too. It isn't necessary, but we sometimes add a little vanilla extract to the batter to make the pancakes even more flavorful!

One of the Best GF Brands
Cup for Cup is definitely one of the best gluten free brands. I love that it isn't gritty and almost tastes like real wheat pancakes. Easy to mix and substitute for regular wheat flour when making biscuits. Yummy!

Very good
I just had these for breakfast and they were delicious. Good consistency asked didn't fall apart like other gluten free mixes. You do need to add more ingredients than other mixes, but it's worth it.
